If you are looking for an inexpensive way to get a full-featured web community up and running quickly and easily, WebWise offers great value in our Community in a Box (CinaBox) offering.

Before you start:

  1. Decide on a name for your site, and purchase the domain (godaddy.com).
  2. Decide what the objectives of your site are. (Why are you creating this community? Who will use it? How will it help you make money, or service your customers?)

Then, come here and make a few decisions.

  1. Select the Theme you prefer from our wide selection of choices, (the Theme is the overall color, look, and feel of the site).
  2. Select the type of site you are creating (Support, Sales, Hobbyists,etc.)
  3. Optional: decide how much support you'd like to purchase.

WebWise creates your site according to your specifications, gives you admin rights and trains you and your staff on how to create content, upload files, administer blocks, create and send newsletters, manage users, and everything else you'll need to start populating your site with content and members

Within just a few days you'll have a web community that looks like it took months to create, and you can start inviting participants or notifying your customers that you have a new site for them to use.

For a low annual fee, WebWise will keep your site updated to the newest version of the software, will make sure all security patches are applied, and will host the site on our highly reliable state-of-the-art servers.

Costs

  • Community in a Box: $5000 (includes one year of site maintenance and hosting)
  • Site Maintenance and hosting on shared server: $3000/year (after the first year)
  • Support: $100 per incident. $500/ six incidents. (Incidents may be used for adding new modules, fixing problems, and troubleshooting.)
