Review new User Points module (5.x-3.2)

Check new User Points release to check for the following:

1) Make sure it works with "Top Contributors" module.
2) Make sure "Users by points" uses proper capitalization.
3) Make sure "max_points()" function is implemented.
4) Make sure transactions can be edited from the /admin/user/userpoints page.
5) Check max_points code to make sure it adds points properly.
